Q WHAT IS A PROFESSIONAL CONCIERGE EXACTLY?
A Concierge Service is the 21st Century’s answer to finding more time. It is a service provided to reduce the stresses and hassles of everyday life so that busy people can still enjoy living, even with a demanding career or lifestyle. A concierge is a member of staff in charge of special services for clients, like arranging for dry cleaning, or collecting post, or doing banking, and so on.
Q WHO NEEDS A CONCIERGE SERVICE?
A Any individual (parent, professional or business person) OR business that knows just how valuable their time is. Any person who has asked themselves how they can find more time in a day to do the things that really add value to their life, such as spending time with the family or enjoying some leisure time. Any business that wants staff to focus on their professional roles, and not have them out of the office doing personal or ad hoc business errands.
Q HOW CAN LEAVIT2ME GIVE YOU MORE TIME?
A We take away the daily chores of sourcing suppliers or tradesman, making restaurant and theatre bookings, standing in queues at government departments, shopping for gifts, phoning for travel and accommodation bookings and just generally taking on the day to day requirements of life. This leaves you with the opportunity to spend your time doing the things that add value to your career, family life or relationships.
Q WHAT ARE THE RATES FOR LEAVIT2ME?
A Fees are calculated based on time spent. Leavit2Me ad hoc rates start at R250 for the first hour or part thereof, and thereafter are charged in 15 minute intervals. Retainer rates are negotiated based on time booked, with a minimum rate of 8 hours per month. We recommend a full time concierge consultant for companies of 250 staff or more; half day consultants for businesses with 100 staff or more; and set days/hours per week for smaller businesses as per your needs. ALWAYS remember – time is money; what you lose you can never get back.....
Q WHY USE THE SERVICE PROVIDERS REFERRED BY LEAVIT2ME?
A Leavit2Me evaluates each service provider and supplier to ensure that they are reputable and reliable. References are obtained from past clients and their quality and service levels are monitored. We will also evaluate their prices regularly to ensure that they are market related and are giving our clients a competitive rate.
Q WHAT CONFIDENTIALITY GUARANTEE WILL I HAVE?
A Leavit2Me will sign a Confidentiality Agreement with our client when required. No information or documentation provided by the client will be disclosed to a third party without the client’s consent.
Q WHAT SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILBLE THROUGH A CONCIERGE?
A As long as the service is legal and reasonable there is no reason why we should not be able to assist you. We do not transport people or children ourselves, due to current legislation, however we have service providers that we are happy to recommend. For a full list of our services click here.
